Doing something basic to keep the balance and concentration. Slackline is a special sport to leave the body toned, like yoga. Try it!

I can say that the first step and hard, but I say in a few days will be crossing the slack for it easily ..... just need one hour of training per day.
Two initial tips:
- Do not look slack, try looking at a fixed point in front and walk .... do not move your gaze from this point.
- You need to take short steps and slow, feel the change of balance from one leg to another.
