When Kimberly S. was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005, she invited her closest friends for a hair-cutting party rather than wait for chemotherapy to take her hair.
In this pubic service announcement, Kimberly celebrates six years of good health by regathering her friends to cut and donate her hair to Locks of Love.
Locks of Love is a non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children suffering from long-term medical hair loss.
