Applied Technology Center Flag Raising Ceremony

Soldiers of the 222nd Broadcast Operations Detachment raise an American flag at the Applied Technology Center in Montebello, Calif., during a ceremony to commemorate the 12th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.
